Orders & Pricing

What is the MOQ?

Our MOQ is 1,000 pcs per SKU. We also welcome mixed-SKU orders — combine drip line, emitters and sprinklers into one order or container. Samples are available first so you can test quality before committing to volume.

What are your lead times?

Samples: 7–10 days. Stock items: 3–7 days. Bulk production: 20–35 days depending on volume and SKU count. Exact lead times are confirmed at quotation.

What payment terms do you offer?

T/T is standard for bulk orders, PayPal for samples and small orders, and L/C for large or regular orders. Terms are confirmed at quotation.

What are your shipping options?

Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples, air or sea freight for bulk. Mixed-SKU orders ship consolidated with one customs entry — less freight and fewer headaches.

OEM / ODM

Can you do OEM / ODM with my own brand?

Yes — OEM/ODM is our core business. OEM means your brand on our standard product lines (emitters, drip line, micro sprinklers, kits). ODM means a product built to your spec — custom flow rates, colors, connectors and packaging. Samples are provided before mass production.

What is your OEM / ODM process?

1) Send your spec or target product → 2) quote and sample in 7–10 days → 3) sample approval → 4) production in 20–35 days → 5) pre-shipment photo inspection → 6) shipment with export documentation. One account manager handles the whole flow.

Product & Technology

What is the difference between micro sprinklers and drip irrigation?

Micro sprinklers spray water over a wide area — 20–300 L/h per head — ideal for orchards, greenhouses and nurseries that need broad, even coverage. Drip irrigation delivers water directly to the root zone through emitters — the most water-efficient option (50–70% saving) — best for row crops, vegetables and raised beds. Many buyers combine both in one system.

How much water does drip irrigation save?

Field measurements show 50–70% water savings versus overhead sprinklers. Water goes straight to the root zone, so little is lost to evaporation, wind or runoff — and dry leaves mean less mildew and disease.

What working pressure do your products need?

Our products operate from 0.1 bar to 4 bar. Most home and farm systems run at 1–2 bar from a garden tap or small pump; gravity tanks work from as low as 0.1 bar. Pressure regulators and filters are available to match your water source.

What is the difference between drip line and drip tape?

Drip line has a thick wall (0.9–1.2 mm), is UV-stabilized and lasts 5–8 years — for permanent installations, orchards and subsurface use. Drip tape is thin-wall (0.15–0.4 mm) and budget-friendly for single-season field crops. Choose by crop cycle and budget.

Why is filtration necessary?

Emitters contain tiny labyrinth channels that turn pressure into a precise drip. Sand, silt or algae will clog them and cause uneven watering. A 120-mesh filter before the line is the cheapest insurance you can buy — we supply filters and pressure regulators with every system.

How do you guarantee quality?

Every batch is inspected and photographed before shipment, with records shared with you before loading. Shipments include full export documentation. Defective items are replaced or credited — claims are verified with photos. We also provide free layout plans with wholesale orders and support in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.
